At ZOVA Jewels, we work hard to ensure your order arrives as flawless as your pieces. Here’s everything you need to know:
• Before placing your order
Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Due to the speed of our processing, we cannot make any changes once the order is placed.
• Shipping availability
We offer fast, guaranteed shipping to over 29 countries
All orders are processed and shipped based on product availability and production timelines. All of our pieces are designed and handcrafted by our team, and as a result, each item requires a dedicated production process before shipment.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 30 business days depending on the product and destination. In some cases, due to high demand or extended production requirements, processing and delivery times may take longer than expected.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues.

• Processing and delivery time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched, not at purchase. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
• Customer responsibility
After your package is scanned by the carrier, it’s your responsibility to track it using the information provided.
• Customs duties and import fees
Some countries apply customs duties or local taxes. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if applicable.
• Package marked as delivered
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building staff, or any secure area where the package might have been left.
If you’re still unable to locate your order, feel free to contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you and follow up with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation further.
If you receive a damaged product, we can either replace it or issue store credit.
If your order was lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, we may offer a partial compensation coupon.
In some cases, such as your first order with us, we may apply a full store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
Please note: All compensation decisions are carefully reviewed and granted at our sole discretion, based on the circumstances of the order.
How much time do I have to update my shipping address after placing an order?
You have 24 hours to contact us if your shipping address was entered incorrectly. During this time, we’ll do our best to recover the order. If more than 24 hours have passed, we may consider sending a replacement to the correct address, depending on the product and situation
Please note that it is very important to us that you receive your product. This policy only applies if the product is eligible under our replacement criteria.
